Mia Fields-Hall

Mia Fields-Hall is a 2007 graduate of Hofstra University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Political Science. Fields-Hall now works in marketing and creative for the worlds number one non-fiction media company.

During the past eight years she has worked behind the scenes in the television industry for networks such as; BET, ABC, Tru TV, CNN, TLC, and Discovery. While working at a variety of major television networks, she gained valuable experience producing shoots with former Vice President Al Gore, Barbara Walters, Diane Sawyer, Larry King, Star Jones, Sam Donaldson, Soledad O’Brien, Whoopi Goldberg, and Jaque Reid to name a few.

She is currently a leading journalist for NBC Washington and Baltimore bureau chief for thefabempire.com. Fields-Hall is a contributing writer for a variety of well-known publications including the Afro-American Newspaper, Sassy Women, and C.E. Magazine to name a few. She is the CEO of M.F.H. Productions, LLC, a multi faceted production company that provides television, print, and new media creative content.

Fields-Hall is a member of the Tavis Smiley Foundation, former East Coast Director of Rock the Vote, a member of American Women in Communications, a member of Radio and Television News Directors Association, and a proud Soror of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.
